To enhance employment and entrepreneurship in the youth, women, and marginalized weaker sections
of society, the Policy Advocacy Research Centre initiated groundbreaking skill development initiatives in
the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance), Agriculture, Allied Agriculture sector, and Education
sectors. The division believes in imparting Industry industry-relevant skill training and facilitation
of employment and entrepreneurship opportunities by end-to-end industry intervention, academic
collaboration with institutes of national importance, and employment-generating initiatives.
